Our Curriculum

Our curriculum is designed to support technical excellence, artistry, and long-term dance health.

Ballet coaching is grounded in the Vaganova method, enriched by Kate’s extensive teaching experience and allied-health-informed lens.

Below is an overview of the areas we focus on to support each dancer’s growth.

    ✓ opportunities for improvement
✓ how to apply corrections with clarity and confidence

We work methodically to build strength, stamina, alignment, and overall technical refinement.
